Santiago Isola is a multidisciplinary professional and holistic mentor focused on the integration of movement and consciousness. As a certified instructor of Animal Flow and Yoga, his approach is rooted in the balance of the four pillars: Mind, Body, Emotion and Soul.
His practice explores the dialogue between ancestral wisdom and contemporary movement, using somatic disciplines as a bridge between the material and the energetic. Movement, for him, is not only physical exercise — it is a path to awaken new levels of consciousness and reconnect with the authentic nature of each person.
In his sessions he guides individuals to rediscover their innate strength and fluidity, with a focus on presence and conscious breathing — beyond perceived limitations, towards a state of inner alignment.
